New Cashew Milk!

A Note about our new Nut Milks:

As of today and for the indefinite future, we have altered our nut milk recipes to substitute cashews for almonds.  We made this decision both in the interest of keeping prices low for our customers and for ethical/environmental reasons, all of which relate to the ongoing drought in California. Whereas almonds are grown almost exclusively in California, our cashews come from El Salvador and India, areas not currently experiencing crop-growing issues. Like almonds, cashews are extremely nutritious; they are a great source of minerals and vitamins like copper, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, and vitamin K.  Plus, they contain zero cholesterol and tons of healthy heart-protecting fat. Try our new cashew milks, and let us know what you think!
