At Truce, healthy eating is at the top of our priority list. We'd like to use this space to share favorite recipes, restaurants we have particularly enjoyed, and specific dishes that we find delicious and noteworthy. We'll examine and describe various ways of eating,different nutritional lifestyles, and explore weekly diets from influencers in the wellness field. We're also hoping to share your cleanse experiences and feedback, creating a communal and supportive space.
It's no surprise that eating is one of the most fundamental human experiences. It has the power to influence, and sometimes define, cultures, relationships, history, and our health. We believe that the relationship with food should be based on respect, enjoyment, and creativity. In these posts, we will not strive to tell you what to eat or how to eat, except to say that everything you eat should be savored and enjoyed, and what you choose to consume should make you feel good, inside and out.
We would like to mention that at Truce, we have a strong commitment to offering plant-based food and drink. While we choose to follow vegetarian and pescatarian diets, we understand that everyone has different tastes and needs, these are simply ways of eating that we have found to work for us, as individuals. As with anything, do what feels right for you.
